Country Guide Magazine published an article about the Flittons of Twin Valley Farms in Alberta who are taking CTEAM together.
According to editor Tom Button, “It’s what makes this one of the greatest stories that Country Guide has ever told, not because it’s unique, but because it captures something healthy that’s happening on farms across the country. Rather than sitting in their respective corners at loggerheads with each other, the Flittons are taking CTEAM training together. Instead of saying, ‘I’m right, you’re wrong,’ they’re getting better together.”
The Flittons know that no one training course can be the panacea to their transition, but CTEAM is helping them to develop a measurable and fully implementable business plan and to take some baby steps towards the transition of the farm.
